Senior Compliance Manager at Vonage

Vonage is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to support its communications compliance program and interactions with federal/state governments, regulatory agencies globally, and MNO's regulations. The role requires a strong background in communication services, regulatory compliance, and government affairs. The Senior Compliance Manager ensures that the company's operations comply with laws and regulations, manages risk, investigates violations, and educates staff. They act as a liaison between departments and senior management and conduct regular assessments.

This role can be based anywhere in Poland and requires frequent alignment to US working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate compliance programs.
• Monitor and analyze statutory and regulatory updates.
• Support compliance, risk, and internal audits.
• Provide compliance support and guidance to the employee training program.
• Maintain and update internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory compliance support of Vonage's insurance companies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key legislative bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Represent the company in discussions with government agencies.
• Provide representation to key industry groups.
• Advocate for the company’s interests in regulatory and legislative matters.

Requirements:

• Strong background in communication services.
