This is a Senior Product Enablement role for UC/CC. The company is a leader in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), providing cloud-based solutions powered by AI. The company is looking for a Technical Writer to develop clear, user-friendly documentation.

What the role involves:

  • Creating and maintaining user manuals, API documentation, and integration guides.
  • Developing onboarding resources, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
  • Ensuring documentation is clear, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
  • Editing and proofreading technical content.
  • Creating diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals.
  • Testing features and APIs to validate technical accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, ideally in SaaS, CCaaS, or UCaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing clear, user-centered writing for digital products.
  • Experience with localization and writing for global audiences.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
