Vonage is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance customer onboarding for its VCC and VBC product lines. This role focuses on optimizing the customer journey from initial contact to successful go-live. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Head of Fusion Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
- Analyze onboarding flows and identify areas for improvement.
- Define and track KPIs such as onboarding time and trial conversion rates.
- Develop a long-term roadmap for streamlining try/buy and onboarding processes.
- Conduct customer research to gather insights and validate improvements.
- Partner with compliance product managers to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Collaborate with UX, customer success, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Expertise in onboarding and try/buy processes.
- Experience in SaaS or cloud communications environments (CCaaS or UCaaS is a plus).
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as KYC.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
