Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation in cloud communications, focusing on the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves shaping the product strategy for Vonage's Salesforce integrations, including Service Cloud Voice and BYOC-CCaaS. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Director, AI and Contact Center, Product Management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from strategic direction to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Understand and nurture the relationship with Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce service and sales clouds.
- Understanding of omniflows, apex, APIs, packaging, and appexchange.
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice implementation (ideal).
- Knowledge of contact center business challenges.
- Experience in delivering and growing successful products.
- Experience in Agile Development practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- 5+ years’ experience in product management, professional services, or sales engineering in a Salesforce setting.
- 3+ years’ contact center experience.
