Senior Product Operations - Program Manager at Vonage

Vonage is seeking a Senior Product Operations - Program Manager to enhance the team's ability to deliver and launch world-class products. The role involves supporting product planning cycles and cross-functional collaboration, aligning with the company’s long-term product objectives. This individual will play a critical role in Product Lifecycle Management ensuring the successful delivery, launch and sunsetting of multiple, interdependent product lines that are central to Vonage's business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support for product launches.
• Refine, develop, and execute product launch frameworks and tools.
• Partner with Product Management to define launch criteria and success metrics.
• Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Enablement teams to provide necessary tools and training.
• Manage release activities and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure post-launch performance analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Success teams to resolve post-launch issues.
• Develop and maintain feedback loops between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM.
• Support program management efforts for key product and business initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management.
• Expertise in product launch planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile development processes and GTM frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement efforts.
• Experience developing and managing change management efforts.
• Comfortable navigating technical discussions.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or Enterprise technology industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
