Job Description
Ebury is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join their team in Sofia. This role is crucial for driving the company's growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships within the Foreign Exchange market. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify and acquire new companies to build a database of clients.
  • Create, develop, and manage new business opportunities.
  • Onboard new clients and cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and client servicing.
  • Work closely with the wider team and report on sales progress.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services sector.
  • Experience within a B2B or client-facing environment.
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
  • A high-level understanding of the SME and the Midcap sector.
  • A flexible mindset and a sense of urgency.
  • Ideally, a background in Banking, Fund management, or the Forex industry.
