Job Description
OffSec, founded by the creators of Kali Linux, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their global team. This role is fully remote and based in EMEA. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, coordinating with multiple departments, and automating infrastructure as a service. They will also identify bottlenecks, resolve technical issues, and research new tools to improve existing processes.
The role involves:
- Development, administration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
- Coordination with multiple departments on project goals
- Infrastructure as a service automation development
- Technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Identifying bottlenecks and improving workflow
- Resolving technical issues and analyzing root cause
- Researching new tools to simplify and improve processes
- Working with Infrastructure teams to build out new pipelines
- Identifying improvements to reduce operating costs
- Working with labs and content development teams
- Participating in an on-call rotation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience with Ansible, Tower, or AWX
- 3-5 years experience with Python
- 3-5 years experience supporting corporate IT Infrastructure
- 3-5 years experience working with VMware and/or OpenStack
- 3-5 years experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Must be located in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, or Africa)
