Job Description
ShipMonk, the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands, is seeking a Merchant Success Manager. This role focuses on top-tier accounts, assisting merchants in scaling their brands through logistics and operational expertise. The Merchant Success Manager champions a collaborative culture, working with various departments to improve merchant support and satisfaction. They will be a strategic partner in the merchant’s growth.

What this Role Involves:
  • Deep diving into assigned top-tier accounts to understand each merchant's business.
  • Aligning with merchant goals to provide better guidance and service.
  • Establishing long-standing, trusted relationships with merchants.
  • Updating and assisting with internal projects to increase merchant satisfaction.
  • Encouraging revenue growth by promoting additional services.
  • Serving as the reliable point of contact for each merchant.
  • Providing regular updates on account progress, including order flows, carrier statistics, and client support.

Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in Account Management/Client Success.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a management position (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel to different facilities and client locations.
  • Upbeat and enthusiastic personality with a go-getter attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills with forward-thinking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (a plus).
  • Experience with Salesforce (a plus).
