RAPP New York is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to enhance the agency's reputation and drive growth. This role involves managing brand presence, creating engaging content, and fostering internal communications. The ideal candidate will be a digital content innovator with a passion for social media and a knack for creative storytelling.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading internal communications through newsletters and agency meetings.
  • Managing RAPP’s reputation and external channels.
  • Creating content for social media and exploring innovative tools.
  • Managing awards calendars and supporting submissions.
  • Supporting the global RAPP.com website development.
  • Monitoring regional social media accounts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Creative writing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media strategy.
  • Experience in developing internal communications.
  • Networking and collaboration skills.
  • Basic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with SEO and website content creation.
