IMC Trading is seeking an experienced Broker Trader to join their team as a Broker Trader on the NYSE Arca exchange floor in San Francisco. In this role, the individual's decisions will directly impact the company’s trading profits, with constant opportunities to influence trading strategies. IMC Trading values responsibility and ownership from day one.Responsibilities:* Actively provide liquidity to market participants.* Establish relationships with brokers.* Manage execution and risk of trading portfolios.* Communicate trade information to the internal team.* Identify and research new trading opportunities.* Perform trade analysis to improve trading.Requirements:* 3+ years of experience trading equity options.* Experience in a collaborative trading environment.* Talent for building relationships with brokers.* Analytical thinker with proficiency in probability and statistics.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:* Discretionary bonus* Paid leave* Insurance
