Thumbtack is seeking a Staff Experience Researcher to join their New Hiring Experiences team. This role is crucial for discovering what's next in user experience and guiding early-stage product direction. The Staff Experience Researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly test concepts and shape MVPs. They will also mentor peers and champion iterative ways of working across product teams. This role is essential to making sure Thumbtack's innovation efforts are grounded in real user needs.Role involves:
