Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead the optimization and evolution of its end-to-end supply chain. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, scalability, and a superior experience for both buyers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain principles, marketplace dynamics, and advanced analytical capabilities.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain and marketplace operations strategy.
• Leading strategic initiatives to optimize marketplace dynamics.
• Driving the development and implementation of a robust Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Leading the development and refinement of sophisticated demand forecasting models.
• Leading the extraction, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets.
• Developing and implementing strategies for effective supplier relationship management.
• Leading the optimization of end-to-end logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels.
• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Expertise in advanced Excel modeling, data manipulation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced supply chain management software/marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial principles related to supply chain and inventory management.
