Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance the customer journey from design upload to checkout. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and expertise in product management, particularly within manufacturing or related industries. The Senior Product Manager will work with user-experience and tech teams to drive marketplace efficiency and power new experiences for Xometry customers.
What This Role Involves:
- Translating business and customer needs into a product vision and strategy.
- Guiding data-powered services and advocating for new opportunities.
- Leading large, high-value opportunities and cross-functional initiatives.
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners.
- Proactively designing and implementing process improvements.
- Practicing outcome-driven product management.
- Contributing to other teams’ successes through cross-team processes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 2+ years of experience using AI to power customer experiences.
- Strong product background building marketplace services.
- Direct experience working as a product manager at a company with a web-based product.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience making trade-offs between technical scale, business outcomes, and customer needs.
- Experience building roadmaps and managing product backlogs.
- Experience using data and metrics to test theories and measure success.
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder
