Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance the customer journey from design upload to checkout. This role involves driving improvements across key manufacturing verticals, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall user experience. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with user-experience and tech teams to drive marketplace efficiency and create new experiences for Xometry customers.

• Translating business and customer needs into a product vision and strategy.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience using AI to power customer experiences.
• Strong product background building marketplace services.
• Experience working at a company with a web-based product.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience making trade-offs between technical scale, business outcomes, and customer needs.
• Experience building roadmaps and managing product backlogs.
• Experience using data and metrics to test theories and measure success.
