Job Description
AppViewX is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the North Central region, based in Minneapolis. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities by qualifying, managing, and closing sales within new and existing accounts. The Regional Sales Director will work directly and through AppViewX partners to acquire and expand business within Global 2000 accounts. They will be responsible for owning and delivering an annual quota of $1.3M+, building executive relationships, and developing account strategies in collaboration with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams.

The role involves:
  • Driving customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Owning and delivering a quota of $1.3M+ annually.
  • Building and fostering executive relationships.
  • Developing and executing account strategies.
  • Maintaining and expanding the client base.
  • Accurately forecasting pipeline and sales.
  • Engaging C-Level executives.
  • Representing AppViewX at industry events.

Requirements include:
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quotas ($1M+) in cybersecurity or SaaS sales.
  • Multiple Presidents Club awards or equivalent top-performer recognitions.
  • Experience selling SaaS or cybersecurity products to enterprise and Global 2000 customers.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level engagement.
  • Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to build deep trust and drive executive-level relationships.
