Job Description
Bloomreach is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to join their Bloomreach Engagement Support Team. This role involves providing consulting to Bloomreach Engagement users through live chat and other channels, addressing product and technical questions, marketing-related inquiries, and assisting clients in creating reports, segmentations, campaigns, and analyses. The specialist will diagnose requests, guide customers through problem-solving, and escalate complex cases to experts. They will also assist other consultants with advanced use-cases.

Bloomreach expects candidates to have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS, strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent English communication skills. An interest in data analytics and online marketing, along with previous client-facing experience, is also required. Understanding the link between frontend and backend, basic programming knowledge, and experience in a SaaS company are considered assets.
