Job Description
Stensul is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive customer success. The Senior Account Manager will quarterback client ideas, drive platform adoption, and identify growth opportunities. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and presenting business reviews to customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering value and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and networking within large Enterprise accounts.
  • Communicating the value of Stensul.
  • Helping customers achieve KPIs.
  • Identifying growth opportunities.
  • Monitoring adoption trends and sharing best practices.
  • Presenting business reviews.
  • Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales at a SaaS company.
  • Passion for customer success.
  • Experience in an account team environment.
  • Strong customer-facing experience.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience owning and growing a book of business.
  • Analytical, relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
