Job Description

PALO IT is seeking a Back End Java Developer to manage the full development lifecycle, including design, estimation, planning, unit testing, release, and implementation support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. They will also contribute to and review technical specifications, ensuring compliance with detailed specifications and codes.

The role involves managing technical risk reports for projects and maintaining the quality of developments by adhering to rules, standards, frameworks, and source control. Peer mentoring to project team members and participating in hiring, onboarding, and training newcomers is also expected.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with business analysts and solution architects
• Contributing to and reviewing technical specifications
• Managing technical risk reports
• Maintaining the quality of developments
• Providing peer mentoring to project team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Cloud, Security, and Data
• Proficiency in Java 8+
• Experience implementing microservices
• Proficiency in developing RESTful services
• Experience configuring Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth 2.0
• Experience in creating and managing standardized transactional databases
• Proficiency in error management techniques
• Experience in designing microservices architecture
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases
• Advanced/conversational English (B2 level or above)
• Fluent Spanish
