Job Description
Simpplr is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth by building relationships with prospects and converting them into customers. The Account Executive will engage in business-level and technical conversations, lead complex sales cycles, and contribute to the development of sales processes and tools.
Role Involves:
- Managing the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed goals.
- Building a robust sales pipeline.
- Creating quarterly forecasts.
- Developing winning proposals.
- Negotiating pricing and contractual terms.
- Collaborating with internal resources.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of field sales experience in the technology/software industry.
- 5+ years of overall sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with $50k+ ARR SaaS deals with customers over 500 employees.
- Startup sales experience is desirable.
- Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications.
- Superior communication skills and leadership qualities.
