Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Fresh Prints is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their finance team. The analyst will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for various departments. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate cost tracking and support strategic decisions. • Leading financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintaining monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards, and cost models.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights.
• Controlling credit card access and payments.
• Supporting other departments’ spend requirements.
• Handling contractor/vendor payments.
• Identifying high spend areas and negotiating with vendors.
• Building dynamic Google Sheets dashboards using AppScript.
• Driving process improvements and leading value-adding finance projects.
• Managing job costing and supporting payroll tasks, including W9/1099 handling.
• Preparing and filing quarterly tax reports.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (automation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, etc.).
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing cross-functional communication.
• Familiarity with U.S. payroll forms (W9, 1099) is a plus.
• Experience with MySQL or similar tools is a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
