Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Sr Product Manager to join their Operations Technology squad. This role is pivotal in connecting chefs and eaters through a cutting-edge platform, ensuring seamless food experiences nationwide. The Product Manager will be responsible for the ecosystem of tools and products that support the delivery of millions of meals each month, with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation.

Role Involves:
  • Managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to execution.
  • Identifying and prioritizing high-potential ideas in collaboration with the Engineering team.
  • Understanding stakeholder needs and creating product solutions.
  • Driving product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap to achieve business outcomes.
  • Owning the vision for internal systems and products used by Fulfillment and Logistics.
  • Writing clear product briefs and requirement documents.
  • Keeping team members up-to-date and delivering outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in product management.
  • Obsession with process improvement and using technology to drive innovation.
  • Experience developing system and operational processes.
  • Ability to balance critical issue resolution with strategic investments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with Product Management tools.
  • Strong data-driven, analytical mindset.
