Job Description
LivePerson is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Voice team. This role is based in Germany and focuses on driving the delivery and adoption of LivePerson’s Voice AI, Voice Integrations, and first-party voice solutions. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping products at the heart of enterprise omnichannel strategy.
Role involves:
- Designing forward-looking product strategies.
- Defining and driving a data-informed roadmap.
- Translating complex requirements into scalable capabilities.
- Authoring product strategy and requirements documents.
- Leading the development of technical products.
- Prioritizing and managing the backlog.
- Driving overall execution and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Voice AI technologies and ecosystems.
- Proven product management experience.
- Track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Practical knowledge of web application frameworks and cloud service architectures.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and evaluate trade-offs.
- Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
