Senior Product Manager [Voice]

Job Description

LivePerson is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Voice team. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the delivery and adoption of LivePerson’s Voice AI, Voice Integrations, and first-party voice solutions. This is a great opportunity to shape products at the heart of enterprise omnichannel strategy.Responsibilities:

• Design forward-looking product strategies.
• Define and drive a data-informed roadmap.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Author product strategy and requirements documents.
• Lead the development of technical products.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog.
• Drive overall execution and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Voice AI technologies.
• Proven product management experience.
• Strong track record of delivering successful products.
• Practical knowledge of web application frameworks and cloud service architectures.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills.
