Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join its Experience & Engineering team in Zurich or Bern, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will create best-in-class experiences, design systems, and visual designs, collaborating with talented designers in a client-facing role. They will work closely with Design Leads, balancing independent work with team engagement.

The Senior Visual Designer will bring fresh ideas and cross-industry insights to the project team, translating strategy, data insights, and UX into stunning interface designs. They will make considered but bold decisions regarding the design system, present work to clients and stakeholders, and ensure the highest quality in design and implementation.

Role Involves:

  • Creating best-in-class experiences, design systems, and visual designs
  • Collaborating with designers in a client-facing role
  • Translating strategy, data insights, and UX into interface designs
  • Presenting work to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the highest quality in design and implementation

Requirements:

  • Experience as a visual designer at an agency or renowned brand
  • Experience designing websites, apps, and digital products
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience and passion
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with Figma and Design Systems
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Immediately available to start a role in Switzerland
