Glean, founded in 2019, is an AI-powered knowledge management platform. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at their San Francisco office. The Office Manager will be essential in creating a smooth, welcoming, and productive environment.
Role involves:
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Ordering and managing office supply inventory.
- Managing F&B for SF office.
- Maintaining badging procurement for employees and new hires.
- Planning and executing monthly employee engagement events.
- Facilitating effective communication channels within the office.
- Overseeing maintenance and repair activities.
- Liaising with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Managing office equipment and technology.
- Addressing facility issues promptly.
- Assisting with collecting, cleaning, and resetting laptops.
- Monitoring and managing office budgets and expenses.
- Coordinating with the finance department for expense tracking and reporting.
- Serving as a point of contact between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
