GoFundMe is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the nonprofit onboarding and subscription packaging product strategy. This role involves building and scaling product mechanics, designing tiers, pricing functionality, and guiding nonprofits. The Staff Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to balance user experience with business growth.Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic product initiatives.
  • Manage all stages of product development.
  • Advocate for nonprofit customers.
  • Use data for decision-making.
  • Take ownership of product vision and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate strategy and plans to management.
  • Own the nonprofit onboarding and subscription packaging product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate on pricing & packaging system definition.
  • Define & track PQLs (Product-Qualified Leads).
  • Design for conversion loops.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Experience in building, launching, and scaling successful products.
  • Growth experience in PLG, PSLG, SLG.
  • Demonstrated success in pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy.
  • Strong grasp of conversion metrics and customer lifecycle design.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Systems thinker with an eye for instrumentation and feedback loops.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with customers.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Humility and willingness to collaborate.
