Gusto is seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of its health insurance offerings for small and medium businesses. This role involves leading the go-to-market strategy for Gusto’s core health benefits products, including medical, dental, and vision options. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in research, customer segmentation, and data analysis to define how Gusto brings its health benefits platform to life for small businesses.

Role Involves:
  • Identifying unmet customer needs and developing ideal customer profiles.
  • Evaluating market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Creating positioning and messaging for target audiences.
  • Designing go-to-market strategies to achieve business metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and execution.
  • Tracking performance and iterating on GTM strategies.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years working on health insurance or health benefits products.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or product management and 3+ in product marketing.
  • Deep experience partnering with sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
