Job Description
Jobber is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for a 15-month contract to cover parental leave. This role involves driving the go-to-market strategy, influencing product adoption, and supporting the expansion and monetization of Jobber's Marketing Suite. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with Product, Sales, Strategy, and Growth teams to align plans and deliver integrated campaigns. They will also lead customer and market research to uncover insights that inform positioning, product development, and differentiation.
Responsibilities: - Own GTM strategy and execution for the Marketing Suite.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Lifecycle Strategy teams.
- Design and run marketing programs that drive adoption, usage, and expansion.
- Lead customer and market research.
- Evolve and scale a clear, compelling value proposition and messaging framework.
- Define success metrics and track campaign and product performance.
Requirements: - Proven track record in B2B SaaS Marketing.
- Demonstrated success leading go-to-market planning, launches, and integrated marketing programs.
- Strategic mindset with analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience influencing senior leadership.
- Bias for action and a relentless focus on customer impact.
