Hudl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on building core products for the Competitive market in the U.S. This role involves guiding a full-stack team in delivering coach and athlete performance analysis, fan engagement, and video livestreaming solutions. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in helping athletes, coaches, and fans stay connected and empowered.

Role Involves:

• Driving technical strategy aligned with Hudl’s vision.
• Ensuring efficient delivery of high-impact work through data-driven decisions.
• Collaborating with leaders from various disciplines to enhance the product suite.
• Empowering and coaching a team of 4-8 Software Engineers.
• Championing Agile practices and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
