Hudl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on building core products for the Competitive market in the U.S. This role involves guiding a full-stack team in delivering coach and athlete performance analysis, fan engagement, and video livestreaming solutions. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in helping athletes, coaches, and fans stay connected and empowered.
Role Involves:
- Driving technical strategy aligned with Hudl’s vision.
- Ensuring efficient delivery of high-impact work through data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with leaders from various disciplines to enhance the product suite.
- Empowering and coaching a team of 4-8 Software Engineers.
- Championing Agile practices and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements:
- Experience with cloud technology and building highly scalable software solutions.
- Proven track record of scaling efficiently and handling large volumes of data.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to set technical direction and guide project outcomes.
- Mentoring skills to support the professional development of team members.
