Job Description
CoreWeave, an AI Hyperscaler, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join their team in Rivabellosa, Spain. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of CoreWeave's data centers in Europe. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for recording and tracking onsite assets, managing logistics, conducting audits, and ensuring effective utilization of equipment and resources. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Role involves:
- Maintaining accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Coordinating shipping and receiving of IT materials.
- Conducting audits of asset inventory.
- Collaborating with operations team for resource allocation.
- Keeping detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits.
- Utilising inventory management software.
- Maintaining open communication with various teams.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory records.
- Willingness to travel (25%) within the region.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management, ideally within the IT sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with asset management software.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable working in a data centre environment, and able to move and lift heavy objects.
- Capable of flexing and pivoting as priorities shift.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about the latest advancements in cloud computing services.
