Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Description

Lunar Energy is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their software team in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a smaller team and seeing the impact of their work. This role involves designing and implementing business logic to expose functionality via APIs and UI interfaces, implementing Frontend code on mobile applications, working across multiple teams to ensure delivery and consistency, and contributing to the improvement of development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing business logic via APIs and UI interfaces
• Implementing Frontend code on mobile applications
• Working across multiple teams to ensure delivery and consistency
• Contributing to the continual improvement of development best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience in strongly typed languages (e.g., Typescript, Rust)
• Experience developing code in React Native for Android and iOS
• Experience in Frontend and Backend development
• Experience in UI/UX design and tools like Figma
• Working experience with Unix operating systems
• Autonomous and enjoys managing workload and deadlines
