Job Description
Rimes, a provider of enterprise data management solutions, is seeking an Implementation Test Analyst to ensure the quality and functionality of implementations. The successful candidate will design and execute test plans, identify and document bugs, and collaborate with the Implementation team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role involves:
  • Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Executing manual and automated tests.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking issues.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Interacting with clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Finance).
  • Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in client implementation projects (Good to have).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (Good to have).
  • Experience with database testing (Good to have).
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., JIRA) (Good to have).
  • Knowledge of the finance industry (Good to have).
  • Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus (Good to have).
