Senior Product Marketer - Dental

Carbon is seeking a Senior Product Marketer to reinforce its presence in the dental lab space. This role will focus on positioning Carbon’s digital production tools and solutions as the future of lab manufacturing. The Senior Product Marketer will own the go-to-market strategy for Carbon’s dental lab offerings, shaping messaging, creating content, and working closely with the broader marketing team, sales, and product teams.

Role involves:

• Developing clear, compelling positioning and messaging.
• Crafting targeted content and sales enablement tools.
• Defining and executing go-to-market plans.
• Conducting market research and customer interviews.
• Collaborating with field sales and partner channels.
• Managing relationships with 3rd party trade publications, vendors, agencies and influencers.
• Strategic Product Marketing budget management.
• Collaborating on and executing tradeshow strategy and support
• Representing the voice of the lab customer internally to inform product strategy, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in dental (dental lab preferred) marketing, product marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of dental lab operations, workflows, and challenges across a range of appliances.
• Proven track record of crafting effective product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, benefit-driven value propositions.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience working directly in or with dental labs.
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing / 3D printing technologies.
• Knowledge of digital workflows in dental production.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and executive leadership.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
