Management Accountant at NextEnergy Group

WiseEnergy is hiring a Management Accountant to support finance asset management services. The role involves managing finance operations for assets in the USA and other international regions. The candidate will work with accountants and other professionals, reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding: Verifying documents, collating KYC documentation
• Accounting & Reporting: Preparing management accounts, updating schedules
• Compliance: Managing compliance tracker, coordinating with stakeholders
• Audit: Assisting in managing relationship with auditors
• Budget: Assisting in providing inputs for annual operating budget
• Cash Management: Managing accounts payable, tracking cash flow
• Systems and Processes: Assisting in documenting and implementing systems
• Tax: Maintaining tax compliance tracker
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ad-hoc: Handling ad hoc tasks to support the team

Experience & Qualifications:

• ACCA/ ACA/CA qualification or similar (essential)
• Budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills (essential)
• 0-2 year finance experience (essential)
• Knowledge of journal entries and book-keeping procedures (essential)
• Experience of multiple GAAPs (US GAAP) (advantageous)
• Knowledge of NetSuite (advantageous)
• A passion for process improvement and operational efficiency (essential)
• Renewable energy experience (highly desirable)
• Experience of working for multi-entity scale up businesses (desirable)
