Head of Manufacturing Quality (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG), which includes the brands ESN and More Nutrition, is seeking a Head of Manufacturing Quality to collaborate with central quality management and oversee quality assurance across all production sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and a desire to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands.This role involves:

• Defining and developing product safety and quality standards across locations.
• Managing HACCP and ensuring compliance with certifications like FSSC 22000, Bio, Halal, and Kosher.
• Leading a team of quality employees, fostering a proactive food safety culture.
• Establishing quality KPIs in production, analyzing deviations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinating internal and external audits and preparing for customer audits.
• Participating in the introduction of digital QM systems and LIMS integration.

Requirements include:

• A degree in food technology, process engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in quality management in the food industry, preferably in a leadership position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, and other food-related standards.
• Experience in conducting and supporting certification audits.
• Strong leadership skills and assertiveness.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel to various production sites.
