Commercial Analyst at NextEnergy Group

WiseEnergy is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join its Commercial team. This role is crucial for managing revenues, regulatory compliance, and contractual issues for a portfolio of assets in Poland. The position is permanent, full-time, and fully remote, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Role Involves:

• Supporting revenue management for streams like PPAs, CfD, and Guarantees of Origin.
• Cooperating with Technical and Financial Teams, managing relationships with contractors, clients, and advisors.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance, drafting communications, and resolving non-compliance issues.
• Managing project company contract renewals and tendering.
• Preparing project revenue budgets in coordination with the Finance team.
• Supporting insurance renewals, claims, and property agreements.
• Supporting ESG compliance and in-house onboarding for new sites.
• Updating and developing the company’s Asset Management Platform (AMP).
• Supporting annual Asset Operating Plans with contract management information.
• Reporting internally and externally as required.
• Approving contractual invoices and handling ad hoc commercial projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Polish speaker, fluent in English.
• Bachelors’ degree.
• Regulatory, property, and contract knowledge and experience.
• Advanced MS Office suite skills.
• Strong organizational and business process skills.
