Commercial Asset Manager

WiseEnergy is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join their Commercial team. This role is focused on asset management in Poland, including revenue, regulatory, and contractual matters. The ideal candidate will have a commercial or contractual background with knowledge of PPA and revenue management within renewables.

The role is permanent, full-time, and fully remote, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Role Involves:

• Supporting the management of revenue streams (PPAs, CfD, Guarantees of Origin)
• Cooperating with Technical and Financial Teams
• Managing relationships with contractors, clients, brokers, and advisors
• Maintaining solar plant regulatory compliance
• Managing project company contract renewals and tendering
• Preparing project revenue budgets and supporting asset operating budgets
• Managing budget follow-up and validation of costs and revenues
• Supporting insurance renewals and claims
• Supporting property agreements and relationships with landowners
• Supporting ESG compliance
• Supporting the onboarding process for new sites
• Updating and developing the Asset Management Platform (AMP) software
• Supporting annual Asset Operating Plans
• Reporting to clients, internally, and externally
• Approving contractual invoices
• Ad hoc commercial projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
• Polish speaker, fluent in English
• Bachelors’ degree
• Regulatory, property and contract knowledge and experience
• Advanced standard MS Office suite skills
