Senior Commercial Analyst at NextEnergy Group

WiseEnergy is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join its Commercial team. This role focuses on managing revenues, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters for a portfolio of assets in Iberia. The successful candidate will manage revenue streams, prepare project budgets and forecasts, and ensure regulatory compliance. They will also handle contract renewals, insurance claims, and property agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Managing revenue streams from market activities, PPAs, and Guarantees of Origin
• Preparing project revenue budgets and forecasts
• Managing regulatory interface and compliance requirements
• Coordinating budget follow-up with the finance team
• Maintaining solar plant compliance with contractual requirements
• Managing project company contract renewals
• Managing insurance renewals and claims
• Managing property agreements and landowner relationships
• Supporting ESG compliance
• Supporting the company’s onboarding process for new sites
• Updating the Asset Management Platform (AMP) software
• Supporting annual Asset Operating Plans
• Reporting to clients and internally
• Approving contractual invoices
• Ad hoc commercial projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years in a similar level role
• Bachelors’ degree minimum
• Regulatory, property and contract knowledge and experience
• Spanish speaker and fluent in English. Portuguese language skill also advantageous
• Advanced standard MS Office suite, notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
