Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business development within large enterprise accounts in the Healthcare industry. The Enterprise Account Executive will foster and expand the company’s relationship with business units, divisions, and overall enterprise customers. They will understand the customers’ business strategy and direction and manage a long-term, sustainable business portfolio. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, engaging appropriate resources, and bringing innovative ideas to showcase Talkdesk’s competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue/quota through the management and execution of the Talkdesk sales process.
- New business development within large enterprise accounts
- Foster and expand company relationships
- Manage end-to-end sales process
- Develop sales strategy and plan
Requirements include:
- 50%+ Travel required
- 8+ years of outside/direct sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS-based solutions
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
