WiseEnergy is seeking a Technical Analyst to join its Global Technical Operations Team. This role involves daily supervision and analysis of solar plant performance, incident tracking and resolution, and performance analysis. The Technical Analyst will manage service providers, oversee client portfolios, and ensure data accuracy in line with WiseEnergy’s standards. Some European travel is required for site visits.
Role Involves:
- Daily supervision and analysis of solar plants' technical performance.
- Incident tracking and resolution.
- Optimizing plant availability and performance.
- Managing relationships with contractors and customer interface on technical issues.
- Preparing and delivering technical performance reports.
- Reviewing annual budgets.
- Supervising site visits and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in Solar PV, preferably in renewable energy.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electricity, Electronics, or similar).
- Italian mother tongue and good English level.
- Knowledge of PV plants' technical characteristics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SCADA systems, and PVSyst.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and other European languages.
- Flexibility and intellectual curiosity.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
