WiseEnergy is seeking a Technical Analyst to join its Global Technical Operations Team. The successful candidate will supervise and analyze the performance of solar plants, monitor daily operations, track and resolve incidents, perform issue investigations, and provide robust reporting. This role is critical for ensuring optimal performance across client portfolios by maximizing uptime and involves strong management of service providers and partners.

Role Involves:
  • Daily supervision and analysis of solar plants' technical performance.
  • Tracking plant incidents and taking ownership of resolutions.
  • Optimizing the availability and performance ratio of the portfolio.
  • Managing relationships with Operation & Maintenance contractors.
  • Preparing and delivering periodic technical performance reports.
  • Supervising site visits and technical documentation.
  • Supporting compliance with DNOs, insurance companies, and public entities.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Solar PV or renewable energy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electricity or Electronics preferred).
  • Portuguese mother tongue and good English level.
  • Knowledge of PV plant technical characteristics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SCADA systems.
