SHOPPING EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST at AB InBev Growth Group

AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Shopping Experience Specialist to oversee the user's shopping journey within the BEES app. In this role, the Shopping Experience Specialist will focus on enhancing the structure of the homepage, product recommendations, and tools for cross-sell and upsell. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in digital products (preferably within e-commerce), and exceptional collaborative abilities.

The Shopping Experience Specialist will work with diverse teams and global stakeholders to implement and optimize plans for the homepage and cross-sell/upsell tools. They will strategically contribute to the evolution of the homepage structure and recommendation modules to improve usability and discoverability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the user’s shopping journey within the BEES app, focusing on homepage structure, product recommendations, and cross-sell/upsell tools.
• Collaborate with the Product team to manage initiatives related to cross-sell strategies and homepage optimization.
• Work with the Personalization team to manage algo-selling models and experiments.
• Track and manage key metrics within the shopping journeys, driving data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the homepage structure and recommendation modules.
• Work alongside stakeholders across multiple countries and regions.
• Utilize analytical skills and tools to generate insights and support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital products, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tools.
• Exceptional organizational and collaborative abilities.
• Knowledge of UX principles.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
