AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a People Insights & Analytics Senior Analyst to join its People Strategy & Insights team. This role focuses on building and maintaining the people data environment, supporting data-driven decisions across the globe.He/she will be part of a global team, contributing to data-driven initiatives, driving business and people strategy with insights, and creating/maintaining datasets and dashboards. The candidate will also perform data analyses, produce data narratives, and contribute to monthly performance updates for senior leadership.Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience in data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Expertise in database management and query tools (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI with DAX).
• Familiarity with HR systems and data sources (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
