AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead the talent agenda in Campinas, Brazil. The role involves partnering with leadership to ensure the right people are in the right roles. The People Business Partner team will be responsible for developing workforce demand planning and selecting talent to meet demand. The successful candidate will play a key role in employee training, talent management, and DEI initiatives.

What this role involves:

  • Communicating and executing People policies and procedures.
  • Developing leaders through mentorship and training.
  • Providing direction on employment law and employee relations.
  • Building strong business relationships with leadership to support performance gaps.
  • Proactively identifying and supporting internal customer needs.
  • Managing the People Cycle Process (OPR, Merit, Bonus validation) and Structure alignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Mandatory English proficiency.
