Founder in Residence (Autonomous Sales for Brick & Mortar Retail) at Menyala

The FIR will have the autonomy to shape the concept and execution, guiding the venture from problem identification to MVP. They will collaborate with Menyala’s advisors, experts, and technologists to test assumptions, refine product-market fit, and build a foundation for scalable growth.

The role focuses on addressing the challenge B&M retail stores face against online retailers. By integrating AI agents, B&M stores can create hybrid shopping experiences to compete against e-commerce, combining personalized service with unique, local inventory.
