Data Engineering Manager | BEES Personalization at AB InBev Growth Group

AB InBev is seeking a Data Engineering Manager for their BEES Personalization team. This role is within the Engineering - Data department, at the Chapter level. The position is based in Campinas or São Paulo, Brazil, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days a week in the office. The Data Engineering Manager will lead a team of data engineers to deliver safety solutions, partner with customer teams to identify opportunities, and develop a technology roadmap.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of data engineers.
• Partnering with customer teams to gather requirements.
• Recruiting and growing an engineering team.
• Developing systems and software for safety solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in designing data pipeline architectures.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data quality assessment techniques.
• Experience in implementing monitoring and logging architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
