Data Scientist | BEES Personalization

Job Description

The BEES team is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Personalization team. He/she will be integral in driving AI strategy at BEES. The Data Scientist will be responsible for developing end-to-end products that serve BEES' teams, customers, and partners across the globe. They will collaborate with team members to analyze complex datasets and implement machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating on the analysis of complex datasets.
• Developing and implementing machine and deep learning algorithms.
• Staying up to date with advancements in machine learning.
• Utilizing cloud platforms for data processing and analysis.
• Implementing automation workflows to streamline processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's preferred).
• Strong technical skills in machine learning and deep learning.
• Experience with portfolio optimization, recommendations, personalization, etc.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks, Spark).
• Proficiency in Python/PySpark for data manipulation and modeling.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Github.
• Understanding of workflows and automation tools.
