Job Description
Convera is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales to lead the Asia SME business in Singapore. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving new business, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The manager will be accountable for achieving sales goals, coaching team members, and executing sales campaigns.
Role involves: - Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of 8-10 inside sales representatives.
- Collaborating to define and implement sales strategies.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring proper lead qualification.
- Identifying skill gaps and providing training opportunities.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supporting planning and reporting on team performance.
- Evaluating and refining sales processes.
- Crafting and managing executive communications.
Requirements: - Experience leading teams in Singapore (Hong Kong experience is beneficial).
- Registered under the MAS Representative Notification Framework.
- Sales experience within the corporate foreign exchange industry.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of digital sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
