Job Description
Convera is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales to lead the Asia SME business in Singapore. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving new business, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The manager will be accountable for achieving sales goals, coaching team members, and executing sales campaigns.

Role involves:
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of 8-10 inside sales representatives.
  • Collaborating to define and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies.
  • Overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring proper lead qualification.
  • Identifying skill gaps and providing training opportunities.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supporting planning and reporting on team performance.
  • Evaluating and refining sales processes.
  • Crafting and managing executive communications.


Requirements:
  • Experience leading teams in Singapore (Hong Kong experience is beneficial).
  • Registered under the MAS Representative Notification Framework.
  • Sales experience within the corporate foreign exchange industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of digital sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
