Viral Nation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful campaign outcomes. • Assisting in governance of established agency workflow.
• Supporting in building out and maintaining project templates.
• Maintaining internal time tracking.
• Ensuring consistency in project scope.
• Coordinating with internal teams.
• Managing procurements and vendors when needed.
• Providing timely updates and documentation.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Setting up project management templates.
• Assisting in resource allocation and scheduling.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners on content creation.
• Acting as a point of contact for external partners.
• Assisting in the creation of project briefs and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Formal education or certification in project management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or project management.
