Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various marketing projects. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success. • Providing operational oversight on multiple $1M+ workstreams
• Partnering with Account Team Senior Leads to align on staffing optimizations and workstream priorities
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinating project activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
• Identifying and managing project dependencies, risks, and issues
• Leading and motivating project teams
• Conducting regular team meetings and communicating project updates
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Managing stakeholder expectations
• Developing and managing project budgets
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and timeline requirements
• Implementing appropriate project management methodologies and best practices
• Identifying and mitigating project risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising etc.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Marketing industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and work well under pressure
